By accessing or using MedRepLabs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including company administrators and field sales representatives.
MedRepLabs is a field sales productivity platform that enables medical device and pharmaceutical sales representatives to scan business cards, manage contacts, automate outreach sequences, and sync data with CRM systems. The Service includes a mobile application and web dashboard.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Each account may only be used by one individual — sharing credentials is not permitted.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to store, transmit, or process protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. The Service is designed for contact management of healthcare professionals, not patient data. You may not reverse engineer or decompile the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant MedRepLabs a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email drafts, extract business card information, and summarize documents. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. MedRepLabs makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after the 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with a limit of 50 contact scans. No credit card is required for the trial. Trial data is retained for 30 days after expiration.
MedRepLabs and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedRepLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
